Ask Megerian Rug Cleaners Before You Book
The first questions here come from what this company publishes — and from what it does not.
- Is my rug cleaned in my home or taken away to a plant?Megerian Rug Cleaners does not publish where the work is done, and the answer changes the price, the timing and the risk.
- Will repairs be quoted separately, after inspection?Megerian Rug Cleaners lists rug repair. Reweaving, fringe and edge work are quoted on sight, so they should not be folded into a cleaning price.
- Can you share recent references for a rug like mine?Only Google rates Megerian Rug Cleaners, so there is one source of evidence rather than several.
- Is that a firm price from Megerian Rug Cleaners, or an estimate?A number that can move after collection is not a quote. Get the scope and the price in writing before the rug goes.
- Can you issue a certificate of insurance for my building? Most New York buildings will not let a cleaner through the door without one, and arranging it late costs days.
