Can RugRate contact a company for me?
Not at the moment. You choose which companies to contact and send your request yourself, so your conversation and your contract stay directly with the cleaner.
How quickly does RugRate reply?
RugRate is small and building in public. Business enquiries and reports are prioritised, and urgent problems with a job are always faster to resolve with the company directly.
My rug has not been returned. Who do I contact?
The company first, in writing, asking for its location and a return date. If that fails, New York City’s Department of Consumer and Worker Protection takes consumer complaints, and city services are reachable through 311. If you believe a crime has occurred, contact the police.
