Report a Rug Cleaning Problem
A report only helps other people if it can be checked. Answer the prompts and the page writes a factual, dated account you can send.
Nothing is sent or stored from this page. Your report stays in your browser until you copy it.

Send this to the company first. Keep a copy for a consumer complaint if it is not resolved.
Reporting — FAQs
Will my report be published?
Not automatically, and not yet. Reports are checked, the company is given a right of reply, and only then can a complaint page appear. Reports that cannot be checked are not published.
Should I contact the company first?
Yes. Ask in writing for the current location of your rug, a return date, or an itemised explanation of the difference in price. Most problems end here, and a report is stronger when you can show you asked.
Where else can I take an unresolved complaint?
New York City’s Department of Consumer and Worker Protection takes consumer complaints, and city services are reachable through 311. If a rug has been kept or you believe a crime has occurred, contact the police.
Can a company respond to my report?
Yes. A right of reply is part of the process, and the response is published alongside any complaint page.
