How Long Things Take

How It Works — FAQs
Does it cost anything to use RugRate?
No. RugRate is free for customers. Companies set their own prices, and you decide whether to book.
Does RugRate book the job for me?
No. You contact the companies you choose and book directly with them, so your agreement and your contract are with the cleaner.
How many quotes should I get?
Two or three, on the same written scope. More rarely changes the decision.
What if the final invoice is higher than the quote?
Ask for the difference itemised in writing. Stairs, access and add-ons are the usual causes, and they should have been disclosed before the work started.
