The overall award. It goes to the company that does everything well rather than one thing brilliantly: cleaning results that customers describe in detail, a quote that holds, and a job that finishes when it was meant to.
The Criteria
All of these are checkable, and all of them are published before any judging happens.
- Verified on all six checks, with insurance current
- A substantial body of reviews from real jobs, not a handful of glowing ones
- Strong quote accuracy: the invoice matched the written quote
- Consistent results across rug types, not only easy synthetics
- Problems handled properly when they happened, with public replies on the record
What It Does Not Mean
It does not mean the cheapest, and it does not mean the right choice for your particular rug. A silk prayer rug and a hallway runner are different problems.
