What This Award Recognises
The award tied most directly to the transparency score. It recognises companies that publish how they price before you call, quote in writing with the scope spelled out, and charge what they said they would.
The Criteria
All of these are checkable, and all of them are published before any judging happens.
- Pricing basis published: per square foot or per room, minimums, stairs, pickup terms
- Written quotes that state what is included and what is not
- A strong quote-accuracy record in reviews
- Add-ons priced openly rather than discovered on the invoice
- A high transparency score sustained over time, not a one-month spike
What It Does Not Mean
Transparent is not the same as cheap. A company at the top of the market that says so plainly can win this outright.
